This publication is to inform you of the Report on the public meeting of the IFRS Discussion Group (IDG) which was held on April 19, 2012. It provides a summary of the different issues discussed at the meeting, issues that are of interest for Canadian preparers of financial statements prepared in compliance with IFRS. As a reminder, the IDG is a discussion forum only and its sole purpose is to assist the Canadian Accounting Standards Board regarding issues arising on the application of IFRS in Canada.
