Following the sudden passing of our President and Chief Executive Officer last July 9th, and in accordance with the governance rules governing Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, we would like to inform you that the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors currently in office, Mr. Réal Létourneau, carries at this time, on an interim basis, all the powers and performs all the duties of President and CEO of our Firm.
