- As the person in charge of the Firm’s HR Consulting Group for Eastern Quebec, Mr. Boudreault is involved in completing assignments primarily in the area of recruitment relating to the search and selection of directors, professionals, and middle and senior managers operating in every economy sector. As the Partner in Charge, he is also responsible for managing assignments related to coaching and organizational development, business succession, pay equity as well as career management and transition. His key strengths reside in his overall vision of the corporation, with respect to both administrative management and human resources activities.
