Rochette

Bernard Rochette, Lawyer, MBA, is Vice-President, Legal Affairs, and General Counsel of the RCGT Group and has been practicing in the firm since July 2009. Mr. Rochette works closely with the President and CEO as well as the firm’s other vice-presidents.

All of the firm’s legal matters are under his responsibility; additionally, he is involved in strategic and other discussions with senior management. Mr. Rochette is Corporate Secretary of the Partnership Board and other committees created in accordance with the firm’s Partnership Agreement.

He has several university diplomas, including a Bachelor of Law and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and has gained extensive professional experience while serving as Legal Counsel for a number of major Quebec corporations, including the Jean Coutu Group (PJC) Inc. and Vidéotron Télécom Ltée.

Bernard Rochette is a team player with a firm belief in the importance of communications for finding the optimal solutions for achieving objectives and ensuring growth.

He is proud to be a director of the Le Pilier Foundation and an active member of the Canadian Coast Guard Auxiliary.
