Hubert Bolduc is President and CEO of Montréal International, Greater Montréal’s economic development agency whose mission is to attract and retain foreign investments (companies and start-ups), international organizations, skilled workers and international students. Hubert began his career in communications and public relations for several well-known businesses and in politics. He was Vice-President, Communications and Public Affairs at Cascades before serving as Deputy Secretary General, Government Communications, Ministère du Conseil exécutif for the Quebec Government. Before becoming the head of Montréal International, he worked at Investissement Quebec as director for Benelux.
