Our guest speakers, Pierre Fitzgibbon, Minister of Economy and Innovation, Mitch Garber, President of Invest in Canada and Chairman of Cirque du Soleil and economist and Co-Chair of Venture Capital Catalyst Initiative, Gilles Duruflé, who will share their thoughts on various financing strategies and the issues involved in corporate financing during a panel led by Yves Séguin, former Minister of Finance.
In addition, Stephen Pincus, Partner at Goodmans and Head of its Capital Market practice, and Craig King, Managing Director, Capital Markets of National Bank Financial, will guide us through obtaining new means of financing through Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs).
