Driven by the desire to help organizations progress, Zoé Bergeron believes in the importance of listening. In her mind, there is no set formula. Her priority is to understand her clients’ specific situation and needs in their business environment so she can propose an individual approach that will help them put their ideas into action and implement the necessary changes to achieve their objectives.

Determined and optimistic, Zoé sees obstacles as a learning opportunity. Prior to joining the firm, she founded her own business and completed numerous assignments as a group project management consultant. She appreciates the universal nature of her work that enables her to help organizations from all sectors and backgrounds move in the right direction.

To quote Hegel: Nothing great in the world was accomplished without passion.
