Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton’s team is pleased to have advised Liberty Spring in its acquisition of Elka Suspension.

Founded in 1986, Liberty Spring has earned itself an enviable position in the automobile and recreational vehicle sectors. It also occupies a prime position in other types of products that use springs within their applications. One in two vehicles around the world, except heavy trucks, have at least one spring manufactured by Liberty Spring.

The company now manufactures more than 200 million springs per year and it manufactures most of its products in Quebec, where 500 of its 750 employees work, and generates 66% of its sales outside the country. Its products excellent reputation and its willingness to provide its customers with the best service possible have allowed Liberty Spring to experience progressive growth over the years.

Liberty Spring has acquired Elka Suspension.

This acquisition will allow Liberty Spring to diversify its offer by introducing a range of proprietary products focused on suspensions.

EBSU Ltd has acquired Woodlore International Inc. to accelerate its growth plan.

EBSU called on Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton’s Corporate Finance team to advise the Company on the acquisition and financing its growth plan.
