Éric had no qualms against mentioning that, among other things, Quebec has failed to identify entrepreneurial profiles. “We need measures for identifying young entrepreneurs with entrepreneurial traits at an early age. By finding them early, they can benefit from specific training. I recommend that Minister Leitao and the Minister of Education, Sébastien Proulx, start searching at the elementary level to secure the growth of Quebec.” Read the article (in French only).
