Over the past 23 years, she has participated in the strong growth of the communications agency Publicis Canada, by holding various management positions, and since 2011, by  holding the position of Executive Vice-President and Chief  Financial Officer.

Nathalie Fagnan is known to be an excellent manager highly dynamic, for her leadership and her keen judgment. She has also achieved distinction for her human approach to management, her strategic thinking, her highly communicable energy and her great adaptability.
