France Lessard, Assurance Partner in the Montréal region, was on hand this morning to support the Club des petits déjeuners / Breakfast Club of Canada, which unveiled its Manifeste pour l’enfance (Pledge for Children), marking the organization’s 20th anniversary.
The Pledge states several commitments to Quebec children, including the right to eat, learn and dream. It seeks to mobilize our society to give all children an equal chance for success. The Club hopes to collect 100,000 signatures, which will be submitted to the National Assembly in the next few weeks.
Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton is proud to have contributed to the production of the Pledge.
Journalist and TV host Jean-Luc Mongrain, humorist Laurent Paquin and Sébastien Lefebvre of Simple Plan were also present to support the Pledge, along with Daniel Germain, the Club’s Founding President.
