Once again, employees from Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton’s Rimouski office collaborated with the committee of the Rimouski Opération Nez rouge, a major contributor to the Club de natation les Dauphins de Rimouski, to serve as designated drivers and receive calls from customers.

Since the start of its operations, the Rimouski Opération Nez rouge has been donating all of its profits to the Club de natation les Dauphins de Rimouski. Annik Doiron, Senior Tax Manager and President of the Rimouski Opération Nez rouge, has been participating in this initiative for three years now. She explained, “My three children are all swimmers; so it’s only natural for my community involvement to be related in some way to this sport. Also, Opération Nez rouge is an organization that I greatly admire. It has a dual mission of making our roads safer and financially supporting local organizations dedicated to young people and amateur sports”.

In 2016, the Rimouski Opération Nez rouge committee donated $21,000 to the Club de natation les Dauphins de Rimouski, to be used to train the Club instructors. This was key support for young swimmers in the region. More than 260 athletes train at the Club, five of which at the Canadian level.
