Mr. Spano has over 25 years of experience serving small and medium enterprises. He has extensive knowledge and specific expertise in many activity sectors.
His clients gain access from his extensive network within these sectors, including the banking sector and that of government subsidies.
Mr. Spano contributed to multiple assignments, including financial statement audits, assessments, notices to the reader, funding mandates, corporate reorganizations and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and financial planning for individuals and families.
Highly involved in his community, he is an executive member of Little Italy’s community center and of the minor hockey league of Laval.
