Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton Acts as Exclusive Financial Advisor to Groupe Lalonde in Connection with Their Sale to Groupe Action Grenier.

Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton Corporate Finance is pleased to have acted as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Honda Laval, Toyota Longueuil and Location Lalonde (collectively, “Groupe Lalonde”) in connection with their sale to Groupe Action Grenier.

Groupe Lalonde is a recognized leader with a long-standing presence in the automotive dealership and vehicle leasing sectors. The group is known for its extensive vehicle inventories, best-in-class service operations, and complementary automobile leasing solutions.

This transaction represents an important milestone for Groupe Lalonde’s dealerships and positions them well to continue their growth trajectory under the ownership of Groupe Action Grenier, a well-established automotive dealership group in Québec.
