Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton Corporate Finance is proud to have supported Progression, a Québec-based company recognized in the field of service management software, in its sale to Valsoft Corporation (“Valsoft”), a Montréal-based company specializing in the acquisition and operation of software firms in vertical markets.
Since 2006, Progression has been supporting service companies with its SaaS solution ProgressionLIVE, adopted by more than 900 clients and 20,000 users. The software brings together the core operational functions of service businesses: scheduling, task assignment, real-time tracking, invoicing, and accounting integration. By simplifying the management of these essential processes, the solution directly contributes to improving operational performance and the quality of service delivered to clients.
