Now more than ever, corporate social responsibility (CSR) is essential for ensuring an organization’s success and longevity.

Driven by renewed ambition, we have laid strong foundations to align our CSR practices and amplify our collective impact in 2025. The year was marked by strong community engagement, record-breaking donations, and sustained mobilization around the causes that unite us. Simultaneously, we are strategically planning for future advancements, prioritising innovation that aligns with ethical standards, environmental stewardship, and the broader interests of society.

  • Drive our talent, clients and communities through our solid advice.

  • Build an avant-garde organization that will be distinctive, responsible and inclusive, a leader in its markets for the innovation of its talent management model and its service offering.

    The goals are the foundations on which we based these objectives:

      1. Better understand and reduce our environmental impact;

      1. Optimize our impact with regard to engagement and social justice through local and national involvement;

      1. (Re)position diversity, equity and inclusion as core values for our Firm;

      1. Support our talent, clients and communities in the quest for a more sustainable future.
