Gautier Péchadre has been a member of the Recovery and Reorganization Group since 2013. His primary motivation is solving complex problems and he is driven by a strong desire to make a difference in the daily lives of his clients and their businesses. He favours teamwork and a collaborative approach and considers them an essential lever for resolving issues and developing winning strategies.
Gautier is recognized for his empathy towards others, his outgoing nature and always being attentive to his clients’ concerns. His instinct enables him to build relationships of trust and his curiosity pushes him to thoroughly understand every situation.
In his free time, Gautier is involved in his community as an active member of both the GRIS-Montréal campaign committee and the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. His work serves to support sexual and gender diversity education and demystification in schools, a cause that is very important to him.
