Maxime Boutin is a proven leader in cybersecurity and Operational Technology (OT) security. He has built up more than 15 years of experience in operations, project management, business development and leading multidisciplinary teams.

Maxime is a cofounder of VARS Corporation, a division of Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton that specializes in selecting and rolling out innovative information security solutions for North American and international clients across all sectors.

He played an active role in building an ecosystem of specialized cybersecurity solutions in Québec that can carry out all the tasks required for a portfolio of managed cybersecurity services and solutions.
