Energetic and generous with her time, Nathalie Chagnon has carried out assignments in leadership development, organizational development, conflict management, strategic planning and executive recruitment.

When she begins a relationship with a client, her first priority is to reconcile the business leader’s ambitions with the organization’s needs. In this way, she can guide the client towards the most effective solutions and help implement the changes and leverage needed to achieve those solutions.

Her many years of experience as a business manager enable her to properly understand her clients’ situation. Avoiding ready-made solutions and theoretical advice, she guides organizations towards concrete strategies tailored to their context and market.

Nathalie does nothing halfway in either her professional or personal life. For her, rigour and excellence are essential in everything she does.

A woman of action, she is very active in the business community and has sat countless times on various boards of directors, juries and committees that organize major events. She is currently a member of the Conseil pour l’avancement de la Faculté des sciences de l’administration at Université Laval.
