Montréal, December 10, 2025 – Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton (RCGT) is proud to announce that it is welcoming the talented team from Lemieux Cantin, a Québec-based firm that shares our values. This agreement will take effect on January 1, 2026.

With its 2,900 professionals, Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton is constantly seeking opportunities to grow in order to provide the best possible services to its clients. The addition of Lemieux Cantin brings 40 new professionals to meet client needs in assurance and taxation and to strengthen the firm’s presence in the Greater Montréal area. In turn, Lemieux Cantin’s clients will benefit from RCGT’s wide range of services, from cybersecurity to organizational performance and innovation strategies, as well as a full suite of advanced advisory services.

The Lemieux Cantin team will continue to serve clients from its Saint-Léonard office under the Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton banner. Its Boisbriand office will close as of December 31, 2025, and staff will benefit from RCGT’s existing facilities, including those in Laval and Saint-Jérôme.
