Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton corporate finance advises on the strategic sale of ELNA Medical Group Inc.
Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton Corporate Finance is pleased to announce its role as exclusive financial advisor in the successful sale of ELNA Medical Group Inc., Canada’s largest network of medical clinics and diagnostic laboratories. This milestone transaction was completed through four strategic divestitures:
- Medicentres Canada Inc. was acquired by Medavie Inc. (April 2025).
- Clinique Privamed Inc. was acquired by Paraide International Healthcare (June 2025).
- m-Health Solutions Inc. was acquired by CML HealthCare Inc. a Quest Diagnostics company (June 2025).
- ELNA Clinics and CDL Laboratories were acquired by Crawford & Finchley (June 2025).
ELNA Medical Group was renowned for transforming healthcare delivery in Canada, serving over 3 million Canadians annually through a network of more than 100 clinics and service points, and supporting over 1,000 physicians. Its legacy of innovation, digital health leadership, and patient-centric care continues to shape the future of healthcare across the country.
