France Margaret Bélanger has a wide experience in the business world and in corporate mergers and acquisitions. She has been with the CH Group since 2013 and she is also an Alternate Governor in the National Hockey League.

Prior to joining CH Group, she was a business law partner at Stikeman Elliott, where she began her career in 1995. In this capacity, she has represented, among other things, the interests of the Gillett Group in the sale of the Canadiens and the Bell Centre in 2009.

Ms. Bélanger holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the McGill – HEC Montréal EMBA program. She has been repeatedly recognized for her expertise by her peers. In fact, she was named “Best Lawyer in Canada” in 2013 and the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory, a directory of the country’s most brilliant lawyers, has also recognized her as a leading lawyer in the corporate and M&A sectors in 2011, 2012 and 2013. She received the Order of Merit from the Law Faculty of the University of Ottawa in 2015 and the Desautels Management Achievement Award from McGill University in 2019.
