Alain Brière has over twenty years' experience in assurance (and related fields) in all SME sectors. His creativity and business vision enable him to excel in consulting clients in the start-up phase. As a member of the national business transfer committee, he participates in the development of this practice, which requires a management-oriented approach. He also regularly manages business purchase and sale mandates.
