Martine is a versatile professional with expertise in human resources management, continuous improvement, change management, communications, and strategic planning. She spent 16 years working in the healthcare sector and nearly 3 years in private companies before joining the Firm. Holding numerous degrees and certifications, she has held operational, advisory, and strategic roles, including Director of Human Resources and Communications in the healthcare network and Vice President of Talent and Culture in the private sector.

In her mandates, she has leveraged her strategic thinking and operational knowledge to develop or restructure service offerings tailored to the needs of the organizations she collaborated with, in addition to carrying out several process review assignments. As an HR professional and lecturer at the Université de Montréal, she has designed training programs for her clients and provided management support. Due to her experience in labor relations, she has also been called upon to represent employers in collective agreement negotiations and to manage delicate situations involving workplace climate diagnostics.
