Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton’s Corporate Finance team is pleased announce the successful sale of Dubo Électrique Ltd (‘‘Dubo’’) to Guillevin International Co. (“Guillevin”).
Founded in 1955, Dubo is one of the leading value-added distributors of electrical products in the province of Quebec. It offers a wide range of electrical, lighting, automation, controls and complementary products for the industrial, OEM, commercial, residential, government, institutional and electrical contractor markets.
The Company’s enhanced services are supported by a team of experienced specialists and range from project management to logistics and inventory management, as well as kitting and personalized order processing and a diversity of value-added services. The Company has seven branches in the province of Quebec, including its 100,000 sq. ft. head office and distribution center in Montreal.
Dubo Électrique Ltd is acquired by Guillevin International Co.
