Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton’s M&A and Corporate Finance group is pleased to announce its role as exclusive financial advisor to Guillaume Harvey in the purchase transaction and financing to acquire 100% of the shares of Groupe Nordique.

Started in 1976, Groupe Nordique is a civil engineering general contractor with mining sector expertise. The company also has an extensive fleet of leasing equipment and heavy machinery.

Backed by several years of experience in the industry, Guillaume Harvey joined the company as General Manager in 2019. After nearly three years at the helm of operations, Harvey, along with private partners, purchased 100% of Groupe Nordique’s shares, thereby securing the future of this North Shore company.

Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton acted as exclusive financial advisor to the buyer. The team worked with Harvey during all stages of the acquisition process in addition to structuring the acquisition financing with the help of several financial partners.

EMSPEC joins Hapam, Strengthening the Van Halteren Group of Companies
