Who are our campus recruiters?
We have extensive recruiting teams because we are always looking for the best talent to support our clients. Two of our talent acquisition professionals specialize in campus recruiters:
Caroline Lapierre, CRHA: With a degree in human resources from UQAM, my academic background allowed me to quickly become familiar with campus recruiting. As an analyst, what interests me most is the connections I develop with candidates through our daily encounters. In addition, as a point of contact for our new recruits, I’m able to accompany them from their first internship through the various stages of their professional progress within our firm.
Visit our Facebook campus recruiting page for more information. We look forward to talking with you.
Ariane Mailloux Rivard, CRHA: I have a Bachelor in Industrial Relations from Laval university and always knew that I was going to specialize in talent acquisition. As a Talent Acquisition Consultant with Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton since 2016, I recruit for all kinds of positions, but campus recruiting has always appealed to me during my career. I quickly realized that succession management is the key to our firm’s success and continuity. Internships are an important part of the path to earning the CPA designation. My role in this process is not just to recruit the best talent, I also advise students on their career path.
