This strategic partnership marks a key milestone in the trajectory of TCED and Batteries Expert, paving the way for significant expansion and consolidation of its presence in the North American market.

The Rozon family, founder and shareholder for 60 years, maintains its participation in the shareholding. Élise Rozon, representative of the third generation of the family, retains her position as president and general manager of the company and remains a shareholder of the company. Joining the members of the board, Mr. Philippe Infilise, will assume the functions of chairman of the board of directors.

Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton acted as exclusive financial advisor to Greenlore during the acquisition process.

For the past 70 years, Production Lareault has grown almost a billion fruit plants on its 185 hectares. As the largest producer of strawberry plants in Canada, and a supplier of top-quality berries, the company is entering a new phase and building on its momentum with the arrival of new owners.
