We are pleased to highlight the appointment of Johanne Quessy as Regional Vice-President of the Abitibi-Témiscamingue region, effective March 5, 2020.
A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and tax specialist with our firm since 1994, Johanne Quessy became a Partner in 1998. She also sat on the Partnership Board from 2016 to 2019.
During her career, she has been involved with numerous organizations in her region, such as the Corporation de développement industriel et commercial de Val-d’Or, initially as a director, then Chair.
Johanne is the first woman to take on the role of Regional Vice-President and we are delighted with her appointment. “Our journey is inspiring and I look forward to our future.”

Boosted by its leadership position and the acquisition of Morin Cadieux SENC in the fall of 2018, our firm announces the expansion of its offices on Bellefeuille Street in Trois-Rivières.

We are pleased to announce that the prestigious title of Fellow (FCPA) of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec has been awarded to Rémi Fortin, Managing Partner of our Beauce offices.
This recognition is a testament to his effective leadership and remarkable professionalism. From his early days with our firm in 1994, as a manager in the Saint-Georges office, he was responsible for managing the Saint-Éphrem-de-Beauce office, where he demonstrated his business development skills and ability to build relationships of trust with the local community.
Named Partner in 2005, in 2015 Rémi Fortin was entrusted with the role of Managing Partner of the Beauce offices. Since then, he has proudly represented the six Beauce offices on the region’s management committee.
He continues to assert his brand as a positive leader of our organization in the Beauce region. To this end, he pursues numerous community commitments. His understanding of local issues makes Rémi a seasoned business advisor, tuned in to the local situation and focused on achieving the objectives of our clients and our organization.
Rémi Fortin was also recognized for his contribution to the community and the accounting profession was recognized in 2017, when he was awarded the title CPA Émérite Chaudière-Appalaches et Québec.
In 2019, he received the Ordre du mérite georgien, the highest honour bestowed by the City of Saint-Georges.
