Champlain-backed JLD-Laguë acquires Location Sauvageau and Location Légaré

Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton Corporate Finance is pleased to announce its role as exclusive financial advisor to Location Sauvageau and Location Légaré in connection with the transaction.

Location Sauvageau and Location Légaré (together, “the Company”) are the leading providers of short- and medium-term vehicle rentals for commercial and institutional clients in the province of Québec. The Company operates a diverse fleet of 3,800+ utility vehicles mainly used in “for work” applications including pickups, cube and cargo trucks, SUVs, passenger vans and cars as well as trailers, ATVs, snowmobiles and other specialized vehicles.

In addition to the largest fleet of diversified, recent and well-maintained vehicles, the Company offers the largest choice of accessories and customization options and can develop customized accessories. In order to meet growing demand and offer exceptional service, the Company operates a vast network of 49 locations across the province of Québec.

Location Sauvageau and Location Légaré called on Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton’s Corporate Finance experts to advise the Company in connection with the transaction.
