Stéphanie Roy is motivated every day by the diverse nature of her clients and the assignments that she manages. When tackling professional challenges and meeting her clients’ expectations, Stéphanie favours an approach based on humility and open-mindedness. This gives her an outstanding capacity to understand the needs of her clients and to provide effective responses.
Outside of work, Stéphanie takes pride in her fulfilling family life in Abitibi. She is involved in her community and actively contributes to the well-being of children in her region as a member and treasurer of Club Kiwanis Lemieux and the Mont-Vidéo downhill skiing competition club, among other things.
