On May 16, 2023, at the Château Royal in Laval, the Centre québécois de formation en fiscalité (CQFF) celebrated its 30th anniversary in the company of some 100 participants along with several partners and colleagues.
Honouring CQFF founder Yves Chartrand
This event was an opportunity to thank the many participants who, since 1992, have been taking annual tax training courses from the CQFF’s talented team. It also highlighted the remarkable contribution of the CQFF’s founder, Yves Chartrand.
Recently retired, Yves has put all his heart, passion and talent into building a solid team that has become the leading tax reference in Québec!
“Our entire CQFF team, our partners and our colleagues at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton—the leading professional services firm in Québec and a strategic CQFF partner since 2021—join me in thanking Mr. Chartrand for his valuable contribution to the organization’s success. His legacy is an important one, and we will continue to thrive according to the standard of excellence and quality that marked his career,” said Daniel Benard, the CQFF’s executive director.
The CQFF teams up with Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton
In June 2021, CQFF partnered with Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, whose ranks include several big names in Québec taxation. The partnership ensured our institution’s long-term sustainability. Through its training programs, the CQFF reaches an average of more than 9,000 participants annually in the fields of tax, accounting and financial planning.
The CQFF is dedicated to quality tax training and information. It has enjoyed exceptional success since its founding in 1992. Through its offerings, it reaches thousands of accountants, financial planners, tax specialists, controllers working in SMEs, financial managers and other professionals with solid tax knowledge, each year.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
The entire CQFF team would like to warmly thank all its participants and partners for their trust over the past 30 years. “We are here for you and we intend to remain a partner of choice for many years to come,” concluded Mr. Benard.
The CQFF will continue to innovate by offering courses adapted to the tax and financial issues faced by today’s organizations. Stay tuned for the 2023-2024 season’s training courses and discover a wealth of practical information by visiting www.cqff.com.
