Hats off to Jean-François Ducharme, Senior Director with the Potential Assessment Practice of Raymond Chabot’s Human Resources Consulting Group in Montréal, for the release of his new book with Éditions Quebecor entitled, Gérer la pression au travail: Des repères pour le gestionnaire ambitieux.

Peppered with liberal amounts of psychoanalysis, Jean-François’ work explores various ways to define oneself when faced with the questions that numerous managers are asking themselves.

Are you:

  • * The honest, stable and reliable worker, the one who’s convinced that every solution must first conform to popular opinion?
  • * The person who seeks to perfect his image and be proactive in selling his strengths and added value?
  • * The person who believes focusing on being efficient will get more results?

At once accessible and dynamic, Jean-François’ book is not a practical guide, but rather, serves to educate readers on the central errors of so many business leaders’ careers.

Congratulations to the two Sherbrooke Office teams that participated in the fifth edition of the Lac Memphrémagog relay race on September 24, 2011, to raise funds for under-privileged elementary school children.

Despite the bad weather, our two teams gave their all to run the 117 km of the race around Lac Memphrémagog, tackling twisting and hilly roads.

Kudos to the members of our two dynamic teams for their participation and stellar team spirit.
