The Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines du Québec has just published a code of conduct for executive search consultants, which completes the Ordre’s code of ethics. Michèle Perryman, Director of the executive search practice in our Firm, was selected to be the Ordre’s spokesperson in a video designed to inform the Ordre’s members and general population about the code.

The six-minute professionally shot video emphasizes the idea that respecting candidates and the transparency of all parties at each step must be the foremost concern of all executive searches. The video also explains the difference between the services offered by placement agencies and by executive search firms. Ms. Perryman was on the eight-person committee that developed the executive search code of conduct.
