The Société Radio-Canada will develop a vast $1.6B real estate project on its René-Lévesque site. Located a few blocks away from the CHUM, its research centre and the Quartier de la santé and covering an area of 1.2 million square feet, this highly complex project will transform the city’s downtown core.

We won the bid as a result of a joint effort by members of a multidisciplinary team from the Montréal office, which included infrastructure professionals; real estate professionals, and Tax Partner. The team was able to address the client’s needs by presenting a complete and unique service offering.

This win demonstrates the complementarity of our services and the potential of this multidisciplinary team to prove to the selection committee that its experience and expertise is a winning combination, including leading-edge knowledge of the Montreal market and an impressive track record of large financing and infrastructure projects.
